Beaulieu, the small Africa

Beaulieu is part of the golden triangle (Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Villefranche-sur-Mer), the sector of the Côte d'Azur, where real estate prices are the highest in France. Ideally located between Nice and Monaco, Beaulieu has all the advantages of a big city while having preserved a human dimension.

The charm of Beaulieu is concentrated around the Bay of ants, green and flowery, and boulevard Alsace-Lorraine, in the district that its exotic vegetation has been dubbed the 'little Africa'.

Greek the villa Kerylos

In a site that recalls the shores of the Aegean Sea, the villa Kerylos is the reconstruction of a House of ancient Greece in 1902. It was designed by Theodore Reinach love archaeologist of Greek civilization.

The most precious materials have been used: the marble of Carrara, alabaster and exotic wood. The villa is decorated with elements that were Greek comfort. Genuine parts alongside copies or reproductions of furniture and frescoes. A gallery of the ancient adorned with famous statues was built in the basement. The windows offer wonderful views over the sea, the Bay of ants and cap Ferrat.

The villa Ephrussi de Rothschild

The villa Ephrussi de Rothschild is one of the most beautiful palaces of Renaissance style of the Côte d'Azur. It was built on the top of cap Ferrat between 1905 and 1912 by the Baroness Béatrice Ephrussi de Rothschild (1864-1934).

Covered patio is surrounded by pink marble columns from a Palace in Verona. A huge carpet of the SOAP (18th) is placed on a floor of mosaic. Flemish tapestries from the 16th and 17th centuries adorn the walls. The villa boasts furniture and paintings from the middle ages and the Renaissance, including a 15th-century altarpiece and a painting by Carpaccio.

The House of Baroness Ephrussi, her closet, her boudoir and Sèvres dining to discover the private apartments of the Baroness. The curious 'monkey show' evokes the animal theme dear to the Baroness Ephrussi. The seven acres of themed gardens that surround the villa are wonderful.

The former hotel Bristol

The former Bristol hotel is magnificent six-storey building was built in 1898 by the Danish architect Hans-Georg Tersling. The luxury allowed customers to have in their bathroom heated sea water. The lobby of the main entrance leads to a double staircase. The hotel is today a luxury condominium
