Olomouc belongs to the most important cities of Tchéquie. Thanks to its rich history, its old university and its artisanal and cultural traditions, the town of Olomouc always allured the attention of the tourists, the contractors and the tradesmen. It is a very gravitational city which deserves to be discovered.

The town of Olomouc is located at the center of Moravie and with 100' 000 inhabitants, it is the 5th Czech city. The district council, the episcopal Curia and archiépiscopale of Moravie and the Palacky University (founded in 1573) there have their seat.

With regard to the richness of the cultural heritage and history, there is only the town of Prague which exceeds Olomouc. It is the urban unit best preserved in Moravie. One finds there a complex of historical buildings as well as the plan of the medieval city preserved very well.

The town of Olomouc is registered on the list of the cultural world heritage of UNESCO, especially thanks to its pillar baroque of Holy the Third.
